Contact form and e-mail

When you send us a message we store your name, e-mail address, phone number if you shared it, and the message itself. We use this data only to answer you and to prepare a possible collaboration.

Project and billing data

For clients we keep project communication, agreements, invoices and payment data. Billing data is retained for seven years because the Dutch tax administration requires this.

Usage data

We measure how the website is used, for example which pages are visited and with what device. This is done with privacy-friendly analytics without tracking profiles. The data is aggregated and cannot be traced back to you as a person.

Data you entrust to us

Clients sometimes give us access to their systems, such as advertising accounts or analytics. We use that access only for the work that was agreed and never share it with third parties.

Grounds for processing

We process data on the basis of your consent, the execution of an agreement, a legitimate interest (for example improving our services) or a legal obligation such as the tax retention requirement.

Processors and tools

We work with a small number of parties that process data for us: hosting, e-mail, analytics and the AI services we use to build software. Where needed we have processing agreements in place. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You may ask what data we have about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw consent or object to processing. Mail [email protected] and we respond within a month, usually much faster.

How long we keep data

Contact messages are kept up to two years after your last message, unless we become clients of each other. Project and billing data follows the legal retention periods. Analytics data is anonymous and kept no longer than necessary for statistics.
