Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to assignments accepted by Bepeat Technology BV, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Fair and short on purpose. If something is unclear, ask before we start, not after.

Who we are

Bepeat Technology BV, Helena Merciertuin 39, Heerhugowaard, The Netherlands. KvK 42156240, VAT NL869961937B01. Mail: [email protected].

Offers and agreements

Every offer is non-binding until we confirm the assignment in writing. A confirmed offer, e-mail confirmation or accepted quote counts as the agreement. We only start work after we have agreed on scope, price and planning together.

How we work

We build websites, software and AI applications, and manage online advertising. You provide the information and access we need to do the work. If input is missing, we will let you know and the planning may shift.

Changes to the work

Want something different than agreed? No problem, we will discuss the impact on price and planning first. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. You can also stop the assignment at any time; you pay for the work done up to that point.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. For larger projects we often work with a down payment and milestones. Invoices have a payment term of fourteen days. Are you late with payment? Then we will first remind you personally before adding statutory interest and collection costs.

Delivery and acceptance

We deliver what was agreed, when it was agreed. Do you find something that does not work as described? Report it within fourteen days of delivery and we will fix it. Acceptance happens by simply using the delivered work, or by explicit approval.

Liability

We do our work with care. If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the amount of the invoice of the relevant assignment, or the amount covered by our insurance where that is higher. We are never liable for indirect damage such as lost revenue or lost data, unless the law says otherwise.

Intellectual property

Everything we build for you becomes your property once the invoice is fully paid. Tools, templates and methods we developed earlier remain ours; you get a permanent right to use them within your project. Materials you supply must be free of third-party rights.

Ending the collaboration

Both parties can end a continuing collaboration with reasonable notice. We hand over everything that is yours: code, accounts, documentation. You pay for the work done up to that moment.

Dutch law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Do we disagree? Then we first sit down together. If that does not work, the court in the district of Noord-Holland decides.
