For moving company GHS Lojistik we built the complete digital foundation: SEO and advertising that are measurable, a quote engine connected to SharePoint, and an execution flow that largely runs autonomously with qr tracking. Below you can read which problem it solves and how we built it.
GHS Lojistik handles relocations between Turkey and Europe: families, goods, customs documents and a team that sells, plans and executes. Growth was being held back by the system. Quote requests arrived through loose forms and phone calls, follow up ran on emails, and the sales pipeline lived in the heads of the staff.
The website was found by almost nobody organically, ads sent visitors to a generic homepage without measurable follow up, and quote files, customer data and customs documents sat scattered across little systems that shared nothing with each other.

We built GHS a complete digital foundation: a bilingual website that gets found organically, measurable advertising funnels, and a quote engine that turns every request into a disciplined sales pipeline, connected to the SharePoint the sales team was already working in.
Behind the scenes execution runs along: every relocation gets qr registered boxes with status tracking, the field teams work with their own app, and status transitions happen automatically. From first request to finished aftercare the system works along instead of against.
Technical foundation, canonical urls, sitemaps and structured data for the company, services and frequently asked questions, with hreflang links between the Turkish and English site. Old urls from the previous system permanently redirect to their new place.
For destinations in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Portugal and Spain there are city guides with practical relocation information. Texts and cover images are generated and managed with our own AI infrastructure, so the content mass scales without an editorial team.
Campaigns land on targeted quote pages with one goal: request or no request. Every lead carries source tracking, utm parameters and referrer, so each channel shows what it yields.
A multi step form that validates per step and a built in calculator that works out the moving volume. On submission the team gets a formatted notification immediately and the request sits in the system, with every detail noted.
Every request automatically appears as an item in the sales list of the sales team, with a monthly reference. The other way around, the system reads back changes every hour: who is responsible, which stage the deal is in and why a deal was lost.
Statuses like new, contacted, qualified, won and lost synchronise automatically between site and SharePoint. The sales team's overview is always current, without anyone retyping anything.
Declarations, transit documents and driver instructions are generated from the details of each shipment, including matching of load and trucks. What used to be manual work in word processors now comes ready made from the printer.
Every box gets a qr label and its own lifecycle, from packed to delivered. The moment all boxes of a relocation are received, the system completes the relocation itself. The aftercare status is correct without anyone updating it.
The teams on location work with their own app: scanning with the camera or from a photo, label printers directly over bluetooth and an offline queue for places without coverage. Two languages, role based access.
