For Konuşma Kulübü we built a complete ecosystem: platforms for students and teachers, crm and cms for the organisation, payments and reporting, mobile apps and a fully own online learning environment for live lessons. Below you can read which problem it solves and how we built it.
Konuşma Kulübü runs speaking courses: students practise in live sessions with teachers, packages run on subscriptions and growth comes from Turkey and beyond. The teaching itself was well organised, everything around it was not.
Lessons took place through generic meeting tools that were never built for education. Scheduling ran on phone calls and chat messages, payments through loose links that were not connected to any student, teachers were paid from a spreadsheet and nobody could see in one place how many lessons had been given, who still had sessions left and what the club really turned over each month.

We built a complete ecosystem for the club: a student platform and a teacher platform on the web, a back office with crm and cms for the organisation, built in payments and reporting, and mobile apps for student and teacher. The heart of it all is an own online learning environment for live lessons, fully developed in house.
By building the lesson environment ourselves instead of renting an external video tool, everything sits in one system: the lesson starts where the schedule lives, attendance is recorded where the payment ran and progress is visible where the student looks.
Students see their lessons, packages and remaining balance, book sessions and follow their progress. From first trial lesson to finished package everything runs through their own account instead of chat messages.
Teachers manage their availability, see their lessons and participants, and keep their own overview. The teaching side and the organisation talk to each other through the system, not by phone.
A self built environment for live lessons, with video, audio and lesson material in one screen, designed for education instead of derived from business meetings. The lesson starts with one click from the schedule.
Every student, teacher, lesson and payment is a record in the system. Lead to customer, trial lesson to renewal: the team works in one back office instead of five separate overviews.
Course levels, programmes and lesson material are maintained by the organisation itself. Rolling out a new level or adjusted programme takes minutes, no developer.
Packages and subscriptions are sold and paid on the platforms themselves. Every payment automatically links to the student and the package, so remaining balances and renewals are correct by themselves.
Lessons given per teacher, sessions booked and attended per student, revenue per package and per month: the reporting sits in the platform instead of in a spreadsheet someone updates manually every week.
Both sides have their own app: students book and follow up from the couch, teachers see their day and start lessons from anywhere. Same data, same system, in their pocket.
