MagRelic is our own brand for custom made square photo magnets, with a unique second line of magnets with an nfc chip. One product, executed perfectly, sold in two languages and shipped worldwide. Below you can read how we set up the brand and the shop.
Personal gifts almost sell themselves: everybody wants to give something that exists nowhere else. But the photo gift market is dominated by print shops that do everything and do nothing well. Quality varies per order, delivery times run up and the product feels mass produced instead of personal.
At the same time almost nobody takes the magnet seriously as a product. While it is exactly what people want: small, affordable, visible every day on the fridge or the office board, and fully personal with just one photo.

We started MagRelic as our own brand fully focused on one product executed perfectly: the custom made square photo magnet. No spread across a hundred gifts, but one product line with attention to print quality, finish and packaging.
On top of that we developed a second line that exists nowhere else: photo magnets with an nfc chip inside. The magnet on the fridge becomes a digital object too: tapping it with a phone opens a link, a video or a message sitting behind the product.
Square photo magnets printed at high resolution, with finishes in gloss, matte, metallic and texture. Collages of multiple photos, text, dates and borders: the customer composes it themselves and receives a finished product.
The second product line has an nfc chip built into the magnet. Hold a phone against it and a digital layer opens: a video, a page or a message. A physical keepsake that also does something digitally.
Own photo or collage, accompanying text, themes from travel to family, and a choice of finishes. An own version for every occasion: birth, holiday, wedding, team.
Every magnet is produced after ordering at 300 dpi, without stock or aged prints. Small runs for one family or larger series for teams and companies, the same quality.
Free shipping from a threshold with a progress bar in the cart showing how much is still needed, and worldwide delivery through DHL. A small product that arrives anywhere.
